In the research done by Agriculture Department of America, in 1955, it was found the average height of people in the age group of 25 to 36 years was 69.9 inches. Male residents of Russia were 168 cms in height, in 1926, which grew to 172 cms in 1963.
Availability of modern health and medical facilities are the reason behind the increase in height. Research shows that good medical facilities, exercise and food are the factors which help improve the height, and health of an individual.
